skype plugin doesn't work in toastify... please i really need status updates..

i even tried examining the code (example plugin and skype plugin), including plugin description in toastify.xml,

example plugin works, but skype plugin doesn't. please help and/or fix this!

p.s. i have win 7 64-bit
